Put on your cowboy boots girls...

Have you seen the March issue of Martha Stewart Living?
Do you enjoy flea markets? thrifting?
Are you an antique lover?...

It's on the shelves now so pick up a copy and read about reasons to LOVE Texas' most incredible treasure hunt...
the Round Top Antique Fair!

Only twice a year do the lush farm fields between Austin and Houston transform into fields of tents as far as the eye can see.
(First weekends of October and April...but opens 2 weeks prior)
I have been a faithful visitor for almost 15 years.
The town of Warrenton is a few miles outside Round Top,
and where you will find me rummaging
through the fields looking for the best bargains!

My tip is to go early, when vendors begin setting up.
 The good stuff goes quickly!
I bought this Chop Suey sign
as it was being unloaded off the dealer's truck!
Joe is one of my favorite vendors who travels from St. Louis.
He salvages cool architectural items from buildings
before they are demolished.

He gave me a great price and could've sold it many times over throughout the day for triple what I paid.

The crafts editor and product designer at Martha Stewart Living
roamed the vast fields and tells you what's collecting currently,
as well as 14 reasons to love Round Top.

Do you need decorating ideas or a little inspiration??
Marburger Farms is a show with awesome vendors who stage and highlight their unique style in their booths.
You won't leave disappointed! This show is open from April 2-6.

Let's not forget about eating!
Ohhhhh...it's all good and there are plenty of choices.
I'm ready to GO, how about you?

So, boot scoot over to Texas and check us out!!!
The fun begins March 21 and goes through April 6.

Thank you to Martha Stewart Living
for asking me to share some of the pictures from their magazine,
and to let you know about their Round Top feature!
